Booking & Payments
- Bookings must be made in advance through our official contact channels.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or any approved online payment method.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations on the day of the tour or no-shows.

Tour Timings & Itinerary
- The tour will begin at the agreed-upon time and location.
- Any changes to the itinerary must be discussed and confirmed before the tour.
- The tour guide has the right to adjust the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or local events.

Tour Guide Responsibilities
- The tour guide will provide accurate and engaging information about the destinations visited.
- The guide will ensure the safety of the group to the best of their ability.
- The guide is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.

Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the tour and follow local customs and laws.
- Any personal items are the responsibility of the client. We advise keeping valuables secure at all times.

Health & Safety
- Clients must inform the guide of any health conditions that may affect the tour.
- The guide will not be liable for any health-related issues during or after the tour.

Liability
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as traffic, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the tour.
